John and I are engaged!

We got engaged Wednesday at Disney World! It was very romantic. We went there to celebrate my birthday, which was Monday.

We stayed in the park at the Contemporary resort and had a great view of the Magic Kingdom from our balcony...

Orange Cranberry Illume candle - You can buy these all over the web, I think

VS cotton boyshorts - In Medium. Can be in any color, but I prefer the solid colors and the stripes (Gift certificate from VS would be fine too)

Tank top - Small in black

Dress shirt - Small in white

Pants for work - Size 6 in black

John and I are back from vacation.

We had a great time relaxing on the beach, etc.

Highlights included:

A day at the Waterville waterpark, which included several daring rides down water slides (the inclosed kind, too!) and a round of mini golf. Fun.

30 minutes of fun on jet skis. I had never tried that before (too scared) so it was really fun to do for the first time. I went up to about 35 miles per hour.

Reading "The I Hate George W. Bush Reader" that I got from Colene a million years ago. It is a collection of essays from places like Salon.com. I would recommend it (I read every word and it now feel disappointed in the main stream media like never before).

Eating a lot of shrimp, which was surprisingly okay for my stomach!

Trying to boogie board on the waves.

Watching lots of movies, including Saw, which is better than I thought it would be. And Waynes World.

A bubble bath in the giant jacuzzi tub!!!
